BBR Holdings (S) Ltd started in partnership in Singapore with a Swiss-based BBR Bureau back in July 1993 and the history of BBR dates back to 1944 when three engineers successfully explored a new technique of using pre- or post-tensioned reinforcement for concrete support girders whereby reducing the usage of concrete as compared to the traditional method of reinforced slabs yet maintaining the same structural function.

Over the years, BBR has kept in pace with the market requirements and provides state-of-the-art technologies and engineering solutions worldwide such as buildings, marine structure, bridges, towers, tanks spanning in 50 countries from around the world.

In 1999, the Group expanded its business portfolio by adding a Property Development that focus mainly on residential properties development.

Our past track records include Lush on Holland Hill, a 12-storey freehold development, Nassim Hill, a 16 triplex freehold unit and another freehold 5-storey condominium in Bliss @Kovan as well as an executive condominium, Lake Life, in Jurong.
